Fortune Media and Great Place To Work® Name V3Gate to 2026 Best Small Workplaces List, Ranking No. 31

V3Gate has been named No. 31 on Fortune and Great Place To Work®'s 2026 Best Small Workplaces list, a recognition based on employee feedback about trust, culture, and leadership at the company.

Colorado Springs, CO, August 27, 2026 – Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine have selected V3Gate for the 2026 Fortune Best Small Workplaces™ List. This is V3Gate’s 2nd time being named to this prestigious list, ranking this year at No. 31.

To determine the list, Great Place To Work analyzed the survey responses of more than 30,000 employees from Great Place To Work Certified™ companies with 10 to 99 U.S. employees.

“For small- and medium-sized companies, leadership can make the difference between double-digit revenue growth and a flatlining business,” says Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work. “Being recognized for high-trust leadership is a powerful predictor of future success, regardless of the market.”

Survey responses reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. Companies earned their spot by offering the most generous, caring, and innovative cultures to the largest possible number of employees in the organization, regardless of job role, work status, or any other demographic identifier.

"What makes this recognition so meaningful is that it comes straight from our employees," said Oscar Valdez, CEO at V3Gate. "This award is a genuine reflection of how our team feels about their day-to-day experience at V3Gate. There's no validation more meaningful than hearing that directly from our own people."

As a fully remote company, V3Gate has made intentional connection a core part of its culture. The company prioritizes its people not just through competitive benefits and flexibility, but through a genuine commitment to building relationships across a team spread throughout the country, proving that a strong, connected culture doesn't always require a physical office to thrive.
